Using Agency OS
Agency OS is provided by Brandid Communications to manage client services and related business workflows. You agree to use public forms, portals, proposals, contracts, and booking links only for lawful business purposes and with accurate information.
Client work and approvals
Project scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are controlled by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, contract, or written agreement between you and Brandid Communications. If a document conflicts with these general terms, the signed or accepted document controls for that project.
Electronic acceptance
Clicking to accept a proposal, sign a contract, approve work, book a meeting, or submit a form may create a record in Agency OS. You confirm that you are authorized to submit those actions on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Content and intellectual property
You are responsible for ensuring that content, assets, credentials, and instructions you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Brandid Communications retains ownership of internal tools, templates, processes, and platform code unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Availability
We aim to keep Agency OS available and secure, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security responses, or changes to the platform.
