Information we collect
Agency OS may collect contact details, company information, project notes, proposal and contract activity, booking details, form submissions, payment metadata, and communication records that you or your organization provide to Brandid Communications.
The app also records limited technical information such as browser type, request metadata, security logs, and error reports needed to protect and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to deliver creative and marketing services, manage client work, prepare proposals and contracts, schedule meetings, process payments, support clients, improve the platform, and meet legal, security, and accounting obligations.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate Agency OS, including hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, payment, and automation providers. Those providers are used only for business operations.
Retention
We keep business records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain project history, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or financial recordkeeping requirements. We can delete or export certain records on request when retention obligations allow it.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information by emailing michael@brandidcommunications.com. We may need to verify the request before changing account or client records.
Security
Agency OS uses authentication controls, owner-only access, transport security, request validation, rate limits, and operational logging. No system can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep client information protected and scoped to legitimate business use.
